If you are paying off a Help to Buy equity loan, selling a Help to Buy home, or buying more shares in a shared ownership home, you will need a valuation by a RICS Registered Valuer. ClystCore provides these valuations across Exeter, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire, carried out by our RICS Registered Valuer, Thomas Fallaize AssocRICS.
To repay all or part of a Help to Buy (England) equity loan, or when you sell or remortgage, the amount you repay is based on the current market value of your home. Target HCA, which administers the scheme, requires a full valuation report by an independent RICS Registered Valuer, and the report is normally valid for three months. We prepare the report in the format they require.
When you buy more shares in a shared ownership home, or sell it, your housing association or landlord will need an independent RICS valuation to set the price of the additional share. Check your lease and your provider's requirements, and send us any instructions they give you. We make sure the report meets them.
We value homes across Exeter, Cranbrook and all of Devon, and across Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire, including the many newer developments where Help to Buy and shared ownership are common.
Tell us the property, the purpose of the valuation and any deadline. Request a Red Book valuation online, email info@clystcore.com or call us on 01392 933392.

Call the office and ask for Chris or Thomas, or send an enquiry and we will come back within one working day.
